The Learnatory is an innovative S.T.E.A.M. The Relationship Specialist is assigned to communicate about The Learnatory’s in-School, After-School, Weekend, and Summer Programs with clients, customers, vendors, communities, other businesses to convince them to choose The Learnatory over any competitors. The Relationship Specialist explains what the company does, what ethics the company is bound by, and why the client, customer, community, or business should choose The Learnatory. The Relationship Specialist works as part of The Learnatory Recruitment Department. They are able to explain customers' and clients' needs and what steps should be taken by The Learnatory in order to fulfill those needs, as well as any legal boundaries that exist between the company and outside entities such as contractual obligations and legal restrictions. As such, Relationship Specialists are tasked with keeping up with communications involving the company and its clients, vendors, parents, and the community as a whole with a focus on business development. Ultimately, the Relationship Specialist works to build the customer base maintaining fluid and harmonious relationships while adhering to The Learnatory’s guidelines and standards.
